AI in business: why so many Belgian companies tap only a fraction of its power
Most Belgian organisations reduce artificial intelligence to conventional automation, without even having a sufficient database, often fewer than a thousand entries for the same process, to benefit from it. Many see it as a simple time-saver, whereas its real computing power makes it possible to increase the volume of clients or orders, not just to automate what already exists.
